Ride requests and confirmation
Submitting the online form requests a ride. Availability, pickup details, vehicle suitability, and the fare must be confirmed directly by Yellow Star Express Taxi. For urgent or same-day service, call (801) 512-6817.
Pickup information
Please provide accurate contact information, pickup and destination addresses, date, time, passenger count, and luggage details. For airport arrivals, include your flight number when available. Contact your driver when your luggage is ready and confirm your designated pickup zone.
Fares and payment
Ask for a fare estimate before your ride and confirm the total price and accepted payment method with us. Tell us about additional stops, waiting time, unusual luggage, or changes to the trip so any price adjustment can be discussed in advance.
Changes and cancellations
Call or text us as soon as you need to change or cancel your reservation. When possible, give at least 24 hours’ notice. Confirm any trip-specific cancellation or waiting terms directly when arranging your ride.
