Airport Pickup and Drop-Off
For departures, schedule a pickup time that gives you enough time to check in and clear security. We provide door-to-door airport drop-off and early-morning or late-night service. For arrivals, share your flight details when booking. We monitor your flight and coordinate with you by phone or text after you collect your luggage.
Where to Meet at SLC Airport
After baggage claim, cross to the ground transportation island. Follow your driver’s directions to the designated pre-arranged for-hire pickup area at pillars 5A, 6A, or 7A. Contact the driver once you have your bags, since a pre-arranged vehicle cannot wait indefinitely at the curb. See our step-by-step airport pickup guide.
Utah Routes
We serve Sandy, Draper, Bountiful, Lehi, Park City and Deer Valley, Provo and Orem, Ogden and Layton, and Logan and Cache Valley. For a taxi rather than a shuttle, see our SLC Airport Taxi page. Private groups can also see our Airport Shuttle page.
